Panda’s cool, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Yes, it’s mostly for kids, and the problems addressed there are addressed in a quite straightforward way, but some bits are quite profound despite that. A number of visual quotes from other movies will entertain the adults, even if they don’t have any kids with them. After all, it’s a full-fledged wuxia, even if in cartoon form. Too bad there aren’t any bonuses in the credits.
